We have been without internet for 3 weeks now. All Christmas - no connection. I went into store to ask the store manager what the company SLA is for fixing this kind of issue. He (the most inept person possible) clearly didn’t know what an SLA is because he told me ‘we don’t have those at three’. So there you have it - no internet for 3 weeks, no inclination to help with this at all and apparently the entire company (according to the store manager) has no SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENTS at all. No procedures for fixing issues. No timeline for expected resolution. NOTHING. I find it hard to believe that this ‘store manager’ knows anything at all about anything other than scamming people into buying equipment which doesn’t work. If you’re looking for reliable products and any level of customer service at all, you’re wasting your time asking Paul Crowley. Utter incompetence at best.
